Virtual office services

We offer discreet and professional Virtual Office services to you and/or your clients. The service is located in the Czech Republic.

Mail forwarding

You will be given a street address (no PO Box or Suite#) you can use as your own to receive your personal or business correspondence. Your mail will be held for personal collection or forwarded to you daily, weekly, monthly or upon request by Airmail or Courier, alternatively we can scan your letters and send them to you by email. We charge double postage costs for Airmail, actual costs plus EUR10 handling fee for couriered mail forwarding and EUR1 per page for scanning your mail to forward by email. The annual subscription is EUR199 and we will also require at least EUR50 deposit to cover forwarding costs.

Remailing

If you need letters or small parcels remailed from central Europe we are ready to provide this service for you. All you need to do is send letters/parcels to our office along with instructions as to where and how you want them remailed. We charge double postage costs for Airmail, actual costs plus EUR10 handling fee for courier mail forwarding. The annual subscription is EUR150 and we also require at least EUR100 deposit to cover remailing costs.

Shared fax number

A shared fax number is available for EUR100 annually. All faxes received for you will be forwarded to you by fax (EUR2 per page) or by email (EUR1 per page). An initial service deposit of at least EUR50 will be required.

Dedicated voice mail

Local voice mail is available for EUR175 annually. To retrieve your messages it is necessary to call your voice mail box number and listen to them.

Dedicated voice mail & fax number with forwarding

If you need more sophisticated phone/fax service we can provide you with a number which will receive both messages as well as faxes and forward them to you by email in a digital format automatically. The cost is EUR400 per year.

Dedicated phone number with a live call answering

We can provide a local phone number answered by native English speaking operators within standard business hours. Calls will be answered in your company name and the operator will take a message for you and send this to your email immediately. We will deduct EUR3 per message from your service deposit. The annual subscription is EUR1,200 and a deposit of EUR200 is required.

Dedicated phone number with a call forwarding

We can setup a dedicated land line for you which will automatically forward all incoming calls to your office or mobile phone anywhere in the World. Costs of calls forwarded from Czech Republic to your country will be deducted from your deposit. The annual subscription is EUR800 and we will also need at least EUR300 service deposit to cover monthly bills of the local phone company.

Dedicated anonymous GSM (cell) phone number

Totally anonymous GSM (cell) phone numbers are still available in the Czech Republic. You can use them to receive and make phone calls nearly anywhere in the World. The fact there is no written contract makes them really anonymous. Our price is EUR200 per card (incl. initial credit of about EUR15). Additional credit is available in EUR50 blocks.
